(II) test of thyristor

disconnect any two-phase input line (L) connected to the thyristor and the corresponding output line (T). In order that the thyristor is not connected to the external circuit, disconnect the connection plugs between J1, J2 and J3 on the main circuit board psb1000 and the thyristor. Note the color line coding type connected with J1, J2 and J3. There are two types of plug structures, namely, four leads. The four color lines of the first structure are black, yellow, white and gray. The four color lines of the second structure are red, white, red and white. The inspection of thyristors consists of two steps. The first step is to test the resistance characteristics between the anode and cathode of the thyristor by testing the following resistance values. 1. Replace the insulated thyristor

as shown in the figure

2. Replace the hockey round thyristor

(1) disconnect the power supply and control power supply, hang the warning sign of "do not switch on" and lock the control switch box to avoid electric shock

(2) motortronics uses two different types of thyristor clamping plates and is equipped with measuring devices to display the installation torque used. The first torque measuring device is the rotating washer. When the appropriate torque is applied, the rotating washer starts to loosen. When it can be rotated by hand, stop exerting force. The second torque measuring device is to install the step indicator at the end of the lever. Before removing the splint, the position of the step indicator should be recorded so that it is easy to recover to the appropriate torque after replacing the thyristor

(3) record the connection position with the thyristor

(4) remove the power wiring board, mov (metal oxide rheostat), shock absorber, printed circuit board and some wires connected to the thyristor. Note that before removing the components, write down their location drawings for reinstallation

(5) record the position of the torque indicator on the thyristor clamp plate, and then remove the upper thyristor radiator

(6) remove the damaged thyristor and note the direction of the thyristor. The new thyristor should be installed in the same direction

(7) keep the thyristor mounting surface, tools and hands clean without dust, nicks and scratches. Do not polish the mounting surface with sandpaper. If necessary, clean the radiator with very fine high-grade metal wool before installing a new thyristor

(8) both sides of the thyristor shall be evenly coated with a thin layer of heat conducting silica gel to reduce the air gap. The heat conducting silica gel shall be free of pollution

(9) install the locating pin at the bottom of the radiator and place it at the hole center of the thyristor so that the direction of the thyristor is the same as that before removal in step 6. Tighten the retainers evenly and carefully to achieve the same torque. Tighten the nut one quarter turn at a time, and adjust the U-clamp until the appropriate torque is reached. Check the gauge every time you tighten it, or rotate the washer to prevent the thyristor from exceeding the torque. The reading of the torque indicator shall be the same as the scale position recorded in (2). If it is a rotary washer type, keep the washer rotating freely after tightening the retainer. Only by adjusting the appropriate clamping torque can the thyristor in the radiator work safely

(11) conduct power on test after confirming that the wiring is correct

(IV) replace the printed circuit board

the printed circuit board cannot be repaired on site. In case of failure, replace the whole circuit board according to the following steps

(1) remove the three-phase power supply and control power supply of the device

(2) unplug the plug and mark the serial number of the plug connected to the connector

(3) remove the wiring from the wiring terminal block on the printed circuit board and mark the serial number of the wiring

(4) write down the settings of potentiometer, fault relay and programmable jumper plug

(5) remove the set screw

(6) remove the old printed circuit board

(7) install the new printed circuit board

(8) install the fixing screw

(9) set the potentiometer and fault relay. The programmable jumper plug is the same as the old circuit board

(10) connect the terminal controller connection and mark the connection serial number

(11) installation
